Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS.If you fail to follow the rules outlined in this document,
I have the right to decline your commission.Please write clearly and kindly, and provide neat coloured references of your charater(s) unless you are requesting for a character design to be made.If requesting for a character design, a fee will be discussed and added to your total. You will be required to provide enough written descriptive information and/or reference pieces for certain aspects you wish for,
such as clothes, hair, items, etc.Ill behaviour will not be tolerated.
Your commission will be canceled if it occurs.Under no circumstances are you allowed to mint NFTs of my art
or use it to train AI models.If you do not want me to post your commission online,
you must tell me when you order.Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Instagram, email or Discord.

II. PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront.The currency accepted is CAD, and is payable through:

⟡ Ko-Fi
⟡ E-transfer (Canada only)Only send payment after I have accepted to take your commission.An invoice will be emailed to you once the details of your commission have been sorted out and agreed upon by both you and me.If required, extra fees will be charged for the following items:
⟡ Rush Fee ($30+ depending on your deadline)
⟡ Character Design Fee ($70+ depending on complexity)
⟡ Major Revision Fee ($10+ depending on size of the revision)Payment may be broken up into smaller installments for larger projects, if needed. For such cases, a payment schedule will be made, with certain milestones throughout the project.

III. PROCESSCommission statuses can be viewed here.I will let you know the estimated completion time at the beginning and update you regarding any changes personally.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months, depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.If you require your piece by a given date, please let me know when you place your order and I will try to accommodate accordingly.Commissioners are free to ask about the status of their commission. However, do refrain from spamming.I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.A Work in Progress (WIP) will be provided early in the process in the form of a roughly coloured sketch. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, redrawing parts of the image, and any major colour changes.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional, significant edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Be clear when you place your order what your vision is for your piece.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
I hold the right to promote myself using the piece in any place or site,
unless requested to refrain from posting the piece on social media at the time of commissioning.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only unless otherwise discussed.Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.The commissioner is allowed to;
⟡ Use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
⟡ Print the art for person use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
⟡ Post the art to their social media with proper credit given to the artist

Please put this in a easily visible place such as at the top of a caption.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted, you will be black-listed from commissioning from me again, and you will be reported.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
⟡ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
⟡ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
⟡ Removing any watermarks/signatures.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYIf money has not been sent yet,
the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the commission is cancelled after progress has started and before or at the 50% completion phase, half of the commission costs will be refunded.No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.You will be forbidden from ever commissioning me, the artist, again.I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
